Painting the idols

An artist is painting the face of a statue. Idols are used in all the major festivals. There is a whole industry catering to that need. The bodies are made out of clay and straw. They will be decorated and clothed to be used in a display or a procession. The makers are busy the whole year round to supply enough statues for all the important festivals.
